Pretty Carrot!
What does that bring to mind? A pretty carrot is warm, cute and nutritious.
As a child I didn’t like carrots. To encourage myself to eat nutritious foods, I nicknamed myself, “Pretty Carrot.” Carrots were cute and pretty – much better than lumpy carrot or pretty onion!
To this day I kept the mantra “Pretty Carrot” as a beacon to eat nutritious foods. As a wife and mother, I desired to provide nutritious foods for my family. But not only that, I wanted the food to be delicious . . . to be fulfilling. So my “Pretty Carrot” was garnered with a patisserie hat. Even cuter!
It is my passion to provide fulfilling, nutritious food that delights your senses and delivers deep satisfaction. I now want to share with each of you. I hope each of my students will be a Pretty Carrot, a source of fulfilling food for those they love. So join with me, Pretty Carrots, and enjoy a fulfilling taste!
